If you are not happy with any items purchased, please contact Janice within 7 days of delivery. If any item is defective, it will be collected free of charge. You may choose an exchange or a refund. If you are simply not happy with your order, you are free to exchange it or get a refund, but the return shipping will be at your expense, and you will not be refunded any shipping charges. Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging. If any item is returned damaged as a result of not being packaged properly, then a refund or exchange cannot be given.

Please note that mugs and jugs are handmade individually and should not be expected to be perfectly round or regular in shape. 

Once you have placed your order, if you would like to make changes to your choice, please feel free to contact Janice, and if the box has not been packed and despatched, she can substitute other items for your original choice. 

If you would like something that you do not see on the website, please feel free to make contact to find out if it is available, or can be made. Janice will do her best to help, but it could take some time to carry out any special orders.


International customers:

If you would like a quote for shipping overseas, you should contact Janice by email before placing your order online. She can hold stock for you while the quote is being prepared. The shipping quote will then be loaded onto the website, and you will be able to check out. Alternatively, you can checkout first, and then pay for the shipping separately via the website once a quote has been prepared, and a special shipping amount for you created on the website.
